Taking the baby Glyptodon in your arms, our props artist first considered the appearance of the Glyptodon in the production of this animal hand puppet. After the basic shape was sculpted with a high-density sponge, a tiny soldering iron was used. Hundreds of such hexagonal bone pieces are portrayed as hard armor. In order to better operate the eyes and mouth movements to fit into the narrow space of the small head of the Glyptodon prop, the internal mechanical control part is specially designed.
